GPON Equipment

GPON-technology of passive optical access networks.

Data transfer rate by the fiber - 2.5Gbps to the subscriber and 1.25 Gbps from the subscriber.

OLT LTP-4X REV.B

  • 4 GPON line ports
  • ideal solution for a small town or a block of flats
  • remote control via CLI, SNMP
  • compliance with G.988, G.984.x and TR-156 standards
  • OLT is enables you to provide cable television services together with data transfer
OLT GPON
Optical Line Terminal (OLT) is designed to provide broadband access over Passive Optical Network (PON).
GPON interfaces are used to connect the optical distribution network (PON). You can connect up to 64 subscriber optical terminals via a single fibre for each interface. Access to the operator's transport network is provided through 10 Gigabit or combined Gigabit uplink interfaces.
OLT LTP-4X allows the operator to build scalable, fault-tolerant "last mile" networks to ensure the highest safety standards. OLT manages subscriber devices, traffic switching and connection to the transport network.
Broadband access using FTTH technology is the highest quality version of the Triple Play service delivery, as it provides high data rates over long distances. The main advantage of PON technology is the lack of electrically powered active nodes within the section from OLT to ONT, which greatly reduces the network operating cost. What's more, PON technology saves on cabling infrastructure by reducing the total length of the optical fibre, as only one fibre for a group of up to 64 subscribers is used within the section from the central node to the splitter.

FEATURES

  • MAC-address learning/aging
  • MAC-address-table limit
  • Handling unknown MAC-address
  • Broadcast traffic limit
  • Multiple-adresses traffic limit
  • Support to 1024 multicast groups
  • Double tagging (Q-in-Q), IEEE 802.1ad
  • IGMP Proxy
  • IGMP Snooping

  • Static Routing
  • VLAN 1 port-isolation
  • Port isolation, port isolation within a single VLAN
  • Static (LAG) and dynamic (LACP) network interface aggregation, incl.
interfaces that belong to different PP4X modules

OLT LTP-8X REV.B

  • up to 8 GPON line ports
  • ideal solution for a small town or a block of flats
  • remote control via CLI, SNMP
  • compliance with G.988, G.984.x and TR-156 standards

  • device parameters and power supply monitoring
  • monitors physical and logical interface statistics
  • manages customer profiles
  • administration of mass firmware update system for customer PON devices
  • displaying dynamic graphs of various statistics parameters online
  • displays graphic presentation of physical port status

Statistics

  • centralized gathering, storage and analyze working processes
  • gathering and storage of log messages
  • quick CPE search in optical trees
  • information on the large number of active subscribers on the PON network
  • Internet, VoIP and IPTV services monitoring and customer statistic collection

  • logging of all users' actions in the system

OLT MA4000-PX

Multiservice access and aggregation node MA4000-RX is designed to build an access network via the GPON technology. The system allows building scalable, fault-tolerant "last mile" networks ensuring high level of safety both in rural and urban areas. The access node provides management of subscriber devices, traffic switching and connection to the transport network.
The central element of MA4000-PX is a scalable Ethernet level L2 + (PP4X) switch, working in conjunction with the interface modules of optical access PLC8 for connecting subscriber devices via GPON technology.
Modules are installed in a standard 19" VME-bus 9U case. The enclosure provides two slots for PP4X switch control modules and 16 slots for line modules PLC8 (GPON). The system may have one or two modules of the PP4X core switch. Installing two modules allows building a highly reliable system through redundancy switches and to increase system capacity by distributing data flows between modules by stacking them.
Interaction between modules occurs through 10Gbit/s connection.

MODULE TYPES

  • PP4X - uplink controller
  • PLC8 - GPON Line Card with 8 OLT Ports, SFP based
  • The number of interface modules is up to 16
  • 34х10G BASE-KX, XAUI, 680 Gbps

MANAGEMENT

  • Support of a single device control interface through CLI, WEB, SNMP, Telnet interfaces
  • Configuration data processing for all modules of a device
